1. Measure all three measurements & Chose a Size
   • Outside Frame (If replacing an existing skylight)
   • Rough Opening
   • Finished Frame
   • Sun Tunnel Skylights only have one size, 14" Diameter
     
     
2. Decide on Glass Type
   • Laminated Comfort: Standard Energy Saving Glass
   • Impact Comfort: Energy Saving Glass with Hurricane & OSHA Impact Resistance (Allow up to 30 days for manufacturing, usually ships in 10-days)
   • FCM & TMR available in Impact Glass only
     
     
3. Pick a Skylight Type
   • VSE: Deck Mounted Venting Electric Opening Skylight - Comfort Glass
   • VSE: Electric Venting Deck Mounted Skylight - Impact Glass
   • FS: Fixed Deck Mount Skylight - Comfort Glass
   • FS: Fixed Deck Mount Skylight - Impact Glass
   • FCM: Fixed Curb Mounted Skylight
4. Add Self-Adhered Roofing Underlayment to add extra leak protection.
   
   
5. Pick Flashing Kit: Designed to provide leak-proof, easy installation.
   • EDL: Shingle Roofs
   • EDW: Tile and Slate Roofs
   • EDM: Metal Roofs
   • FCM: Shingle Step Flashing Kit
   • Does not apply for Sun Tunnel
     
     
6. Add Skylight Trim Kit: (Optional)
   • Eliminates the need to do interior drywall and trim work on skylight replacement applications.
   • Not needed for Sun Tunnel Skylights.
     
     
7. Pick the Shade (Optional)
   • *Not needed for Sun Tunnel Skylights
   • FS Skylights Only: Solar Battery Powered Lightblock Shade
   • VSE Skylights:
     • Electric Lightblock Shade
